I'm a technical writer and E-learning Designer with a Computer Science background from Atlanta, Georgia. I specialize in turning complex tools into clear, scalable documentation. Onboarding can be time-consuming. I created a solution that made the documentation process effortless. FlexPay—a full documentation system that guides users through payroll onboarding and admin setup. I used GitBook, Markdown, and UX writing strategies to create a developer-ready and HR-friendly documentation site.
